We connect via Amazon's official Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Advertising API. This is the same secure method used by Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and other major tools. You authorize Sellgenius directly through Amazon — we never see or store your Amazon login credentials.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade instantly from your billing settings. Monthly plans can be canceled any time — you keep access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused months if you cancel.
How long does it take to see data after connecting?

Most data starts appearing within 10–20 minutes of connecting your Amazon account. Historical data (up to 2 years) loads in the background over the first 24–48 hours depending on account size. You can start using the platform immediately while historical data populates.

How does FBA recovery work? Does Sellgenius file the claims for me?

On the Pro and Enterprise plans, yes — we automatically detect recoverable amounts and file the cases with Amazon on your behalf. On Growth, we scan and identify opportunities but you file the cases yourself through the provided case templates. Either way, the average seller recovers $1,200–$4,800 in their first 90 days.
